"Mindfulness and Grief" with Gordon Peerman

Gordon Peerman is an Episcopal priest, psychotherapist, and mindfulness meditation teacher. He is the author of Blessed Relief: What Christians Can Learn from Buddhists about Suffering, and his most recent book, The Body Knows the Way: Coming Home through the Dark Night. In this online workshop, Gordon leads participants in guided mindfulness practices and relevant discussions about grief and suffering in today's society at large and close in our hearts and homes. Gordon will be leading two in person retreats at St. Mary's Sewanee in May and December 2024.
